Shipping policy
$6.00 shipping charge will apply for orders under $60.00. Free shipping for $60.00+ orders for all states except AK, HI and PR.
Return Policy
Prior approval is required. Returns must be made within 7 days. Rugs must be returned unused and unwashed. Upon receipt of a rug, credit will be processed within 10 to 15 days. Customer pays all return shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. We will send an e-mail to confirm that return has been processed.
